Flood incident reporting survey

Overview

We want to better understand where flooding is most prevalent in our borough, the causes of flooding and how it affects the community. We are therefore opening this survey indefinitely for residents, property owners, tenants, or employees to report flooding that they encounter in a property that they live or work in. This should allow us to collect flood data with more accuracy, and deal with these flooding issues in a more efficient and detailed way.

You will be able to report multiple instances of flooding in any one location but if you are reporting flooding in more than one location, please fill out the form seperately.
